- William Aver Added 2018-03-15★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My wife purchases a Parkhurst sweater that was defective back in August of 2017. She only had it on 3 times and washed it. The colour ran. Obviously a defective dye lot. Mensch refused to exchange it and were very rude when we returned it. Parkhurst was super. I contacted them and they replaced it right away.
5 stars for Parkhurst and none for Mensch. It’s really too bad as we have shopped at Mensch for a number of years as we are in the area all summer.
Don’t think we’ll shop there again.
